As a Business Systems Coordinator, Theo supports teams across Melvin Mark’s organization by maintaining and improving the systems that keep daily operations running smoothly. With a background in IT support and systems administration, he works closely with colleagues to troubleshoot issues, streamline processes, and translate technical challenges into clear, practical solutions.
Known for his collaborative nature, Theo is especially skilled at listening to what people need and finding thoughtful ways to meet those needs through technology. Outside of work, he’s a proud member of The BeyHive, with a deep love for the arts and all things music. When he’s not fine-tuning business systems, you’ll likely find him in the kitchen cooking something ambitious, building the perfect playlist, or blending creativity with organization.
