Sam Leeding

Overview

Sam brings more than a decade of commercial real estate experience in underwriting, portfolio management, and commercial lending across a diverse range of asset types. Through his experience, Sam provides a strong understanding of both lender and borrower objectives, helping anticipate challenges and guide transactions to successful outcomes. Sam enjoys the collaborative nature of the industry and is committed to building trusted relationships with clients and lending partners. Born and raised in Portland, he earned a Master of Real Estate Development from Portland State and a finance degree from Oregon State, where he played goalkeeper on the soccer team.

Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, reading up on history, cooking, and spending time with his family.
