Overview
Nic joined Melvin Mark after being drawn to the company’s strong record of employee retention. He began his career as a light commercial HVAC service technician, working for several years in Los Angeles, CA, and Phoenix, AZ. After starting a family, he transitioned into building maintenance, where he expanded his skills across multiple trades and developed a deeper understanding of the unique demands of commercial properties.
Since moving to Portland in 2021, Nic has gained valuable experience as a building engineer in both healthcare and technology environments. He holds various industry certifications and is committed to ongoing professional growth.
Outside of work, Nic enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering with local nonprofits, surfing, and exploring the outdoors.
