Justin has more than 25 years of experience investing in and operating commercial real estate across multiple asset classes, market cycles, and capital structures. His perspective is informed by experience across various organizations, including institutional investment management, merchant development, owner-operator, and pension fund advisors. As a founding member of a Portland-based equity fund manager, Justin directly sourced, structured and oversaw the investment of more than $700m of equity across nine equity funds and two junior debt funds over a 20-year period.
Justin holds a JD from Lewis and Clark Law School and a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University. He has served as an advisor and adjunct faculty member for P.S.U. and remains actively involved in U.L.I. chapters in both Portland and Seattle.
