Overview
Jason Guerraz is a problem-solver, using his experience to identify and resolve building challenges. As a building engineer, he’s responsible for taking care of a diverse portfolio of properties, making sure tenant requests are addressed, repairs are managed, and buildings are kept trouble-free and in peak condition. This East Coast native arrived in Portland by way of California, with a background steeped in residential and commercial construction. He puts the building first knowing that a well-maintained property makes tenants happy and comfortable in their office space, and owners satisfied with their investment.
