Asa brings a strong background in operations, workplace services, and day-to-day building support to his role as Property Management Coordinator. After building his professional experience in Seattle, he made the move to Portland, where he now supports property operations with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.

Drawing from years of experience in fast-paced commercial environments, Asa brings strong organizational instincts, attention to detail, and a practical mindset to the daily challenges of property management. He takes pride in improving processes, supporting building teams, and helping create spaces that run smoothly for tenants, clients, and partners.

Outside of work, Asa enjoys staying active and exploring design and creative projects. He has a particular interest in lighting design, watchmaking, and 3D modeling.
